Will Tolliver purchased the assets of Sustainment Technologies and took over leadership of the forty year old company in 2016 after a successful twelve years in the healthcare industry.  His deep experience in facilities management, food and environmental services along with his commitment to building enduring relationships with valued customers has earned him industry accolades.

Prior to entering the healthcare industry, Will worked his way up with American Airlines holding corporate positions in finance, operations and employee/customer relations.

As a United States Army veteran, Will served in field artillery and ordnance branches and achieved the rank of Captain.  He proudly served in the Republic of Korea but his favorite, and where he had the most enjoyment, was at Fort Hood with the 4-6th Cavalry Attack Helicopter Battalion.

From humble beginnings in rural Alabama, he leveraged his determination and thirst for knowledge with a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of South Alabama and an MBA from the Hanakamer School of Business at Baylor University.

When not on the phone or visiting in person with Sustainment customers and partners, you can find Will cheering on his favorite collegiate and professional football teams (Go Cowboys. Go Bears.).  He is passionate about giving back and is involved in numerous philantrophic organizations, enjoys travel, hiking and his love/hate relationship with exercise.
