James E. Stracener with more than 35 years of experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships has been a leader at Sustainment Technologies for more than thirteen years.

As a former Sustainment owner/partner and now Executive Vice President for Operations, James continues to build upon his strong track record of teamwork, vision and advocate of change. His unique insights into the healthcare industry and medical and facilities management are nationally recognized and shared on a daily basis with Sustainment clients.

James joined Sustainment after years of success focusing on government service needs including Air Force Materiel Command Headquarters, higher education, and maintenance management services for hospitals.

James is a graduate of Durham College of Business with an emphasis on accounting and data processing. Though a native of Louisiana, he is now a proud Texan and relishes his time with family and on his Brazos County farm raising Dorpher Sheep.

As a strong believer in community, James enthusiastically gives back through his service over the years to such groups as Chamber of Commerce, Bryan Citizens Police Academy, Rotary Club of Bryan, and Leadership Brazos. Also, noted for his commitment. James has served as President for the Bryan Rotary Club and Chamber of Commerce Leadership Brazos.
