Manuel P. Coloura IV is the current President and Owner of Sustainment Technologies, LLC since July of 2023. Manny is a performance-driven senior leader and decorated military veteran with over 30 years of experience working within, leading, and mentoring cross-functional teams in large organizations. Before taking over as President, Manny also held the positions of Executive Vice President and Director of Strategic Planning and Operations for Sustainment Technologies.
As a US military Veteran, Manny originally served as a Combat Medic in the US Army for several years earning the Air Assault and Expert Field Medic Badges. After the events of 9/11, a rare opportunity arose allowing Manny to retrain and transition to the US Air Force serving as a Biomedical Equipment Craftsman. While serving in the US Air Force, Manny deployed multiple times in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and later applied his experience in developing training while at the DoD Biomedical Equipment Technician Training Program at Medical Education & Training Campus before retiring after almost 24 years of service.
Manny is a graduate of Wayland Baptist University with a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology and currently holds a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
When not working with Sustainment’s customers and vendor partners, Manny can be found working on old American muscle cars or exploring the Texas back country with his family.
